The Juice Box Long Island LLC is a Women-Owned Small Business (“WOSB”). We incorporated in May 2020. We make our delicious juices at Stony Brook University’s food business incubator in Calverton, NY.
Our all-natural organic juices are cold-pressed and never heat pasteurized. Cold-pressed juice is made with a cold press juicer to extract the maximum amount of liquid from fresh fruits and vegetables. A cold press juicer is a small kitchen appliance that makes natural juices out of fresh fruits and vegetables. No additional heat or oxygen is used in the process, meaning that no nutrients are lost in the heat of traditional pasteurization. As a result, the juices retain much of the nutrients and the enzymes of the fruits and vegetables.
